Thread: Postgres branch REL_18_STABLE is now live

The PostgreSQL branch REL_18_STABLE has been created. If your animal(s) 
use run_branches.pl, they should start building that branch 
automatically. If you use manual branch scheduling, please update your 
scripts to include REL_18_STABLE.
